 Director of Logistics and Procurement  

Rao Muhammad Bilal has extensive experience in procurement, logistics, and supplier management as the CEO of Zaitoon Traders, a distributor of medical and surgical supplies for major public hospitals. In this role, he managed vendor relationships, navigated government contracts, and oversaw product sourcing and delivery on a large scale. These skills are directly applicable to overseeing TAPNTAKE’s logistics and culturally diverse product procurement. His business acumen and ability to build networks will be crucial in managing TAPNTAKE’s supply chain, particularly as the company expands its product lines and forms partnerships with community-based suppliers.

 Training & Development Director  

Faiza Imtiaz has a strong educational background in teacher education and valuable experience in school environments, making her well-prepared to lead the training and development initiatives at TAPNTAKE. Her expertise in curriculum execution and teacher development can be effectively applied to corporate training, especially as TAPNTAKE expands and needs to onboard, train, and upskill franchisees, support staff, and tech teams. Faiza's passion for learning, along with her proven ability to organize seminars and manage data efficiently, positions her as an effective leader in cultivating a knowledgeable and adaptable workforce.

 Chief Human Resources Officer  

Malik Muhammad Idrees has over a decade of specialized experience in human resource management (HRM), both in teaching and practice. He holds an MA in HRM with CIPD accreditation and has taught across Pakistan and Saudi Arabia, showcasing his extensive knowledge in areas such as recruitment, compensation, HR strategy, and staff development. Additionally, he has practical experience in customer service and HR coordination, which makes him a well-rounded and pragmatic professional. His expertise aligns perfectly with the needs of TAPNTAKE as it seeks to build and scale an effective HR infrastructure to support its growing and diverse team.

   Chief Operating Officer  

Sheran Ilyas has extensive experience in administrative and operations management, making him an excellent candidate for the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO). His background includes overseeing complete project execution, resource management, budgeting, and contractor coordination—responsibilities that align closely with the logistical and operational requirements of TAPNTAKE’s innovative retail model. Sheran’s expertise in office management, workflow planning, and performance improvement fits well with the operational complexities involved in launching and scaling cashierless grocery stores that utilize AI, IoT, and blockchain technology. His strategic thinking and leadership in project delivery are significant assets for this position.

With expertise in budget control, health and safety initiatives, and succession planning, she presents a well-rounded leadership profile.
